The Roasterie

The Roasterie

http://www.theroasterie.com

The Roasterie has become one of the most renowned specialty coffee roasters in the nation. Committed to finding the best coffees from around the world, The Roasterie buys its beans from small, specialty farmers. The beans are roasted using a convection air-roasting method, instead of the more traditional drum-roasting method, to ensure superior consistency and a tastier, smoother cup of coffee. An organic coffee blend has been specially made for Back in the Swing, with a beautifully bright acidity complemented by slight hints of sweet lemons and orange zest. This blend is balanced by a syrup-like body, which transforms into a long lasting nutty and spicy finish with hints of clove and nutmeg. The Roasterie will donate 10% of the proceeds from sales of the Back in the Swing blend to Back in the Swing USA.
