  conducted by the Breast Cancer Survivorship Center at the University of Kansas Cancer Center in partnership with breast oncologists and researchers nationwide.

  providing how-to instruction on creating and sustaining breast cancer survivorship care delivery models for cancer centers, community hospitals, and primary care, family physicians, cardiologists, and other health practitioners.
• BACK IN THE SWING WORKING GROUP
  consisting of the leading National Cancer Institute-designated academic medical centers and community hospitals will share clinical best practices and collaborate on research.
• ONCOLOGY NURSE TRAINING CURRICULUM
  empowering the 37,000 Oncology Nurse Society members throughout the USA to use the most advanced, evidence-based tools to help breast cancer patients access post-treatment care.
• BREAST CANCER SURVIVOR RESEARCH REGISTRY
  urging the nation's over 2.5 million breast cancer survivors to participate in post treatment care and medical and psychosocial research, leading to new breakthroughs in living joyful, healthy lives after breast cancer.
• MEDIA CAMPAIGNS, TRANSLATIONAL MATERIALS, AND EVENTS FOR THE CONSUMER
  to build awareness and education for this new brand of survivorship healthcare, to help breast cancer survivors live joyful, healthy lives and be their own best healthcare advocate every day.
